 Legs Bums and Tums - Level 2                      

 

A lower body lunchtime workout that gets results when combined with other regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet.

 

Working out the lower body muscles, the larger muscles in the body, will leave your body burning calories up to 4 hours after you've finished exercising!

 

Combine this workout with our other exercise sessions during the week for a balanced approach to a fitter you!
