Adult Trampolining
16 years+
Most adult trampolining is pure recreation, so you won't feel out of place if you are a novice simply enjoying yourself.
You can learn trampolining safety, basic skills and jumps and if you really get into it your coaches can help you progress through the British Gymnastics Trampoline Awards Scheme.
Socks must be worn on the trampoline.
